Meal Change Requests

The Brandon Valley Child Nutrition Department strives to offer equal opportunity for all students to enjoy school lunch and will provide the necessary accommodations for students with proper documentation of an allergy or health concern. Meal Accommodation Forms require a provider’s signature and must be submitted annually.

The Brandon Valley Child Nutrition Department does not prepare food containing peanuts or tree nuts. Precautions are taken to ensure items used in food preparation are not manufactured in a peanut/tree nut processing facility.
