Teresa Underberg

Teresa graduated in 1978 from Brandon Valley High School.

On the basketball court, Teresa earned three varsity letters.  She was recognized for her outstanding play by being named to the All-Conference team three times.  In her senior season, she garnered attention at the state level by being named First Team All-State.  Teresa helped guide the Lynx to state tournament appearances twice with the team earning third and fifth place finishes in her sophomore and senior seasons respectively.

On the track, she ran on a variety of relays and competed in both hurdle events, lettering all four years of high school.

Teresa went to Dakota State University on a basketball scholarship and earned All-Conference honors each of her first three seasons before a career-ending injury during her senior year.  She also had a stellar career as a pitcher on the softball team at DSU earning all-Conference honors twice and All-Region as a senior.
